Best way to do it Is run a aftermarket relay on the lights, Then you will get go current loss from youre charging system, Second way is you can wire the lights to one of the wires in the fuse panel box.

Good Luck.

From what i understand pretty much any pink wire the in car is hot in start and run, but rich is right, use a relay, just use a pink ignition wire the trip the relay.

To run into the fuse panel box do I have to buy a fuse with a 12v wire coming off of it ? Sorry if this is a dumb question

Hello patrick, Ok no ned for the relay @ this point, Ok you are wanting to run a pair of fog or driving lights right? If so you have a switch with 3 terminals on it?

-12volt power.
-Acess.
-Ground.

Best way for you to do this run a power wire to a constant source of Yes a fuse would nice to be in acessable near the battery, 12volt power, Then With the access wire splice it in to the fuse panel on the cig lighter fuse, Or something that shuts off when the turns off, With ground wire just make sure thats on a metal to metal contact, Or you will keep blowing fuses.

Otherwise with that list you should have no problems, Things should work great for you.

GoodLuck.
