Ok, here is the problem I am having. I have a 2002 2200 with 56,XXX miles and the number 2 cylinder will not fire. This started last summer and the car has sat since then.
At first I thought it was possibly an injector problem so I switched injectors with a cylinder that was properly firing, but cylinder 2 was still not firing. Compression test checked out fine, and the cylinder is getting spark.
Here is what I'm left with: Good injector, spark, but still no fuel... I assume the only things that could lead to this would be the PCM or a wiring issue to the injector. Are there any way to test these theories? Any and all help is appreciated.
You could check it with a noid light to see if you're getting voltage to the injector.
You can use a continuity tester to check the wires also. Although it might be easier to just use a multi meter on one of the good injectors and compare the reading to the bad one.
