Has anyone used the fuel level sensor kit from the dealer? Mine is going wacko and will need replacement. How hard is it to replace besides the removal of the gas tank? I know that the newer J-bodies 2000-2005 have a fuel pump assembly built in with the sender but im guessing the kit makes them separate.
I'm pretty sure the kit is the sender module without the fuel pump. You will have to swap the pump over to the new module. The module is pretty easy to remove and install in the tank. Changing the pump over can be a little bit of a pain, but nothing serious.
anyone know where the signal wire is ran on the body and where I can disconnect it to probe it?
