This isn't j related but is automotive related.
When an electric throttle body is unplugged, not installed on a vehicle can you move the throttle plate like a normal non electric throttle body?
My brother in laws trail blazer is in the shop and they say the throttle body is seized up.
I'm going to go look at it tomorrow for my self as I personally do not trust any shop.
