ok so here we go again, putting a new timing chain in my car 2.2 Eco my problem is every time i get the chain in the guide the the tensioner rides on will no fit once the chain is on. or when the chain is off the guide goes in but the chain does not have enough slack to wrap around the cam gear..........
Any Ideas?
have you compressed the tensioner when you put the chain on? the tensioner must be compressed completely inside of itself once installed to function properly.
