I noticed that there is a bit of a ridge on the outside edge of my rotor and I believe they are the original rotors on the vehicle because it was a one owner vehicle when I bought it so they probably do have almost 88,000 miles on them? Please and Thank You. and there is some rust on the ridge on the outside edge of them too.

There is a minimum thickness to any rotor or a maximum diameter to any drum.
If you are in these limits you are good.

Yeah I definitely bought some but I am waiting till I get my next pay day and gonna buy some pads too to go with them also. I bought some premium ones and will be buying some thermoquiet brake pads because I am pretty sure that is what is on it right now, the ones on it are very good even under heat and everything have not ever had a problem with them so far.

I also wanna know if it will hurt the rotors to store them for a while before I install them? because I am gonna wait until my next paycheck which will be 2 weeks to buy new pads also. I wanna do it all at once and will be trying to take my wheels off tomorrow to see how much pad I have left.

Leave the rotors in the box they came in. They are wrapped in a plastic back with a thin film of oil on them for protection. You need to clean them before installing though brake cleaner works good. If they were cleaned, spray them with W40 to protect from moisture.
Ok that is what I did, open the box just not the sealed bag and re taped the box back together.
