Hey guys, i just scanned my car and i am getting a Random/Multiple Misfire detected code, its 0300. What could this mean? Could it be my coil packs, or plugs? I was planning on doing a tune up this week coming up when i get paid. I was gonna replace with direct Ac Delco parts unless someone has recommendations? By the way, my car is a 2000 Cavalier, 5 speed, 2200 series 2.2 liter. Thanks a lot for the help.
pull the plugs and take a picture, if u dont know what dirty or fouled plugs look like.

no i do know what bad plugs look like, i am doing a tune up probably tues. or wednesday depending on the snow coming, you think that would fix the problem? I am getting plugs, wires, and doing my fuel filter while im at it, and possibly my serp. belt.
the tune up should fix the problem.
