Well ever since i lowered my car with dropzone springs on OEM struts it has been all down hill. I didn't have those vibs for a long time, but they arised from worsening shudders while accelerating. I bought some rims and they only made the vibs worse but i didn't have Hub rings then and it cleaned that up some. Winter came and i put my stock tires on and the vibrations were still there even with my steelies. I took it to the dealership numerous times... they just didn't seem to want and help me, but just take $$. I figured it was all just due from the crappy springs and blown struts. This spring i put in Prokit and AGX combo and put new rubbers on my rims. The vibrations at high speeds are still there. Dealership blamed my rims but i threw the stockers on there and proved to them they were still there even with those. So he was stumped.. They just pushed me away after that when i was looking for help with the problem. I since then replaced both wheel bearings and that cleared up the driver side vibrations but i still have them on what seems to feel like its comming from the passenger side. The car has had an alignment and the full nine yards except having the CV shaft and tie rods replaced. Also when i accelerate i still have a little shudder in the wheel which i think may be due from the CV shaft changing positions and might be due from a bad bearing to cause the vibrations. But people only say the are bad when they are clicking. I don't have that sound. On my wheel bearing i had no growling noise but when i took it all the way out it had quite a bit of play in it.. What should i do next?
Has anyone ever seen the bumpasarus?
... anyone got any ideas?
maybe bad joints? i dunno i dont know much about suspensions except for the mail parts, springs and struts. try to talk to event on aim
I'm in the same situation. Sorta...
Haven't yet dropped the car, in fact not sure if it's possible with my current wheel/tire combo. Gotta measure out everything so I don't go and #%@! up my fender...
I swapped out the stock struts for AGX, changed the wheel bearings, alignment (which reminds me, gotta take it back in before the warranty period's up -- bad pull to the left...), brake rotors, new tires and had the rims balanced with no rubber on, then again with the tires...
Next will be new bushings and engine/tranny mounts. If that don't do it...
Anything anyone can find out.

1 thing i just noticed tonight, not knowing if this matters or not...
When i am cruisin at like 70mph and the vibrations are occuring, i punch it and while the car is excellerating they go away all the way up till i let off the throttle. Thinking about that has got me stumped. If the wheel was causing the vibrations, wouldn't they get worse as i get faster?
Man honestly last time i got those kinds of vibrations it was just a short amount of time before the axel completely riped out. Not trying to scare you. but my car acts the same way sometimes i dont get it. I wish someone would help me out too.
