My little sister had been driving an '89 Grand Am with a 2.2 (guessing here). She overheated that car and is looking for a new engine. I've got an old '87 Cavey with a 2.0 that I rebuilt about 14k miles ago. The engine and block all look the same upon visual inspection, can anyone confirm that the engine from the '87 can be swapped into the '89?
