I searched, didn't find any concrete solutions to my problem. Here's my story.
This morning when i woke up, i came downstairs and my dad told me that my horn was broken. Right at that moment, I became certain that it was his fault, because I rarely ever use the horn in my car. So anyways, I go outside to see what i can do. I looked at the fuses, nothing seemed to be wrong. When i push the horn i can hear a clicking noise on the passenger side of the car. So what's wrong with my car?
the clicking sound is the relay engaging, it is normal. i would suggest getting underneath the car where the horns are located and check for voltage with a vlotmeter. if you don't have a voltmeter you could use a test light to see if the light comes on when the horn is pressed.

I had the same problem only mine works during the summer and not the winter
if you get ice in your horn it will stop working
my horn only works when its dry. if theres any water at all that can get near it it slowly dies out
