I would recommend:

Forged rods

oops!
I would recommend:
forged rods
forged pistons w/ full floating wrist pins
bore and sleeve the block
get the crank balanced, knife-edged, and cryo-treated
fully port & polish the head with SS valves and beehive valve springs
Cometic head gasket
Can't really think of anything else right now.

wouldn't it be easier to rebuilt the motor, outside of the car?
and I'm wondering the same as above

Yeah why sleeve it????
I would replace the piston's and rods (use the same as stock compression), just forged.
Paint some of the stuff to make it look nice.

A good questio was did yoou blow it?

ok to answer some questions yes i blew the motor .... well rod knocking. it already has forged pistons and rods but i want to get new pistons anyway... wiseco a good brand for these? and im dissasembling the engine in the car because the car is sitting it gravels and it would be very hard to remove an engine with a cherry picker in the gravels also im building this motor out tha @$$ because i plan to be getting turbo kit in a little while i expect probably around 13/20 PSI boost.
