Technic LD9 Charger Pulley

Anyway....Cody Star has the charger off the Red Technic Cavalier. See here

Anyway....does anyone remember the crank pulley, and how close the dual groove pulley was.....specificly the charger groove relation to the stock belt groove.

One was at the 01' bash at lordstown. SOMEONE had to get an engine bay pic. I can not remember or find if they were at any other bashes.

Since it is a true one off.....I need to be fairly close on the first try....or it will either throw the belt or eat belts.

Any info / pics anything would be great.

BTW the m62 to l61 TB spacer is in process and I'm getting 15 Made!

Cody any more info you can give me would be great also....any idea on how far other the center line the groove is.

well its not hard to throw the blower on an engine and get these measurments... that should be his first priority but for some reason its not LOL

i think it should happen anyways just for ease for installation and know-how of where all the other freaking pulleys that came with it go and are routed.

When / if that is done PLEASE take some pics. I have the double groove pulley designed for quoting purposes, but I really need to know center line to center line of the pulley grooves.

Because the more info I get the better.

Also is the diameter of the groove the same as the stock groove....since I assumed it is.

well kinda...but HELL NO.
I need center lines or at least a decent measurement from the 5 pulley groove ribs to where other six "should be."

you need to mount the blower on an LD9.. yes i said LD9 as in 2.4 TWIN CAM head and not a 2.3 head like you have been. bolt it down tight and then measure every last possible angle.

i thought we went over this?

use a string or something to gauge where the pulley needs to go. and get tons of GOOD close up pics of everything your doing.
