I got a walbro 255 inline pump and got a few quick questions.
Does anyone have any pics of the pump mounted? Ive seen many put them in the engine bay, any problems with this or would under the car be better?
Also, are you using the stock pump relay or running separate?
I know most people nowadays will just say go with the racetronix, but what do you think about using the walbro inline with a blazer intank? I'll have to find where I put my blazer pump and stop being too lazy to put it in but the inline should be much easier.
Any other info is helpful, kinda new when it comes to the whole fuel system from the motor back.

Use a separate relay so you don't tax the factory pump relay.
If at all possible, spend a bit extra and get a solid state relay for reliability and quicker response than a normal relay.

Under the car would be better and if you can mount the pump under the rear of the car, just aft of the axle where there's more room, the better.
You'll also be closer to the fuel filter and have enough room to add another inline fuel filter if you so desire.
Also consider why you're wanting a larger fuel system for your car.
Are you going forced induction with gobs of boost?

Cool man thanks for the info. Id realy like to see some pics as I dont think Ive ever seen any actualy installed under the car which I know closer to the tank the better.
As for why I need the fuel Ive been turbocharged for about 8 months not, Im using 42lb ford greentops with hpt/fmu. The stock pump has also seen an m45 with nitrous, just dont think its keeping up now.
I don't have any pics but I'm sure that you can find some setups by searching Google images.
I also plan on getting a standalone fuel system for my setup but am going to be using Weldon pumps, filters, and afpr.
Great product, rebuildable, and all made for the marine environment so I should have no worries with corrosion.

Cool thanks man. So the negative is a chassis ground, then the positive would just go the pump relay? How would I set it up to use a separate relay? Inline with the wiring? (wiring noob)

You could do it in a couple of ways.
I plan on using a separate switch for the fuel pump and you could do the same with your inline.
You'd run a heavy gauge (8 or 10 gauge) to the relay you mounted near the fuel pump (I prefer to use a solid state relay because they don't spark when turned on) for its main power source.
The switch would control a smaller gauge wire (16 gauge) from a hot source to activate the relay for the pump to turn on.
Ground would go to a clean section of body using the same gauge or larger than your main hot wire coming to the relay and pump.
That should help.
Routing your wires should be pretty straight forward.
