This is where I mounted the large tank and pump in the trunk of my friends SRT-4.
Great location and cleans up the engine area for other things.
Besides, the SRT-4 doesn't have that much room for the pump so the next logical place was the trunk.
Never had any issues with the setup and has proved to be quite good.

OT, but what kind of battery box is that Misnblu??

When I had my alchy kit the pump was mounted to the driver side strut tower with an L bracket I made, and my 2qt tank was in the trunk.

The battery box is an all aluminum vented box for the NHRA/ IHRA approved battery relocation I did on the car a couple of years ago.
Everything we did on the relocation meets the rules of the sanctioning bodies of the above and that box is approved also.
I plan on doing the same with my Cavalier but will have the battery mounted inside of the passenger compartment.

This pump that I mounted is mounted directly into the metal of the corner of the trunk. This was the ideal location for keeping the lines in a nice configuration without having to route the plumbing unnecessarily.
It's solidly mounted and not going anywhere. All the lines (electrical and plumbing) are run under the body of the car along the fuel lines. Looking at the car from underneath, you can't even see the work it looks so factory.
I take pride in my work and am a perfectionist when it comes to doing someone elses car.
