Ok i was repinning my ecu for the 99 flash in the morning. Well the blue wire on pin 33 i think that goes to the knock sensor isn't putting out any voltage at the connector or down by the pcm. Isn't it suppose to be 5 volts? I haven repinned it yet still the 97 computer and harness setup.
