Does anyone no if they made a phenolic adapter to put a 2.4 ld9 intake on the 086 quad head? I no it is backwards but would like to run the stock look>

I have the 2.3 head on my 2.4 and want the 2.4 intake..

other than that......why in gods name would you want to put a useless 2.4 intake on an awsome head like the 086 ?

lol scott, craig meant that this guy wants the setup to look 'stock' whereas the 2.3 intake IS stock, therefor it would also look 'stock'.

I modified one of the original Fontana flanges and everything seemed to line up fine. You just have to flip it backwards and make the necessary modifications to the bolt holes. I never tried it out because I had already sold my manifold...I also ended up giving the flange back to Chris years later to try on a project of his (irony at its finest).

I'm sure if you got in contact with someone, they could make one for you.
