Found this company that will make a 2.25,2.5 or 3" singe or dual exhaust and makes downpipes as well...anyone using a 3" exhaust? I had one on my cobalt SS with a header but lost tq on the 2.0 till we upped the boost, on the 2.2 dunno...anyone?

Im running 3" on my cav with RD Fabs' 2" primary header. No before dynos but I made 219whp with a 3.1" pulley and GM crapflash. As for the butt dyno, I didn't notice any loss down low but did get a nice gain up top.
