I start the car and there is a loud squeek comming from the passenger side. It also is loud when i rev or on the throttle. Its comming from one of the pulleys? Anyone know what this could be?
bearing on a pully or the tentioners fawked if you know its a pully check them out and find the bad one we can't tell you what one it is without the car

I figured it might be that. How much would it cost to repair? can i do it myself? or should i take it to the dealership?
depends if you know how to locate a bad bearing and change a pully

...not sure..but im willing to bet a cobalt forum would probably have a better idea
screwdriver, put it against each pulley at a safe area, put your ear to it and it will tell you which pulley is squeaking.

I replaced the belt and it is still squeeking. I think its either the tensioner pulley, or a bad bearing in one of the pulleys? What does everyone think? What else could it be?
Too small of pulley on blower, not enough contact area with belt, and belt slipping?
i find it amusing that SHOoff has nothing better to do but follow me around & be an unhelpful dick in even cross-forum. - Jon Mick
i think is a question that could possibly be answered in the delta section
