Front Aluminum Air Dam Spoiler

Front Aluminum Air Dam:
Made from 5052 Aluminum, this air dam will help keep your car running cooler. The factory plastic dam starts to deflect around 65 mph and air that is supposed to be direct to the radiator or intercooler is not being pushed underneath the car doing nothing for the cars ability to cool down. This aluminum unit does not deflect so the air continuously reaches keep components keeping the car running cooler and more efficient. Not only does it not deflect under high speeds, but the rake on the unit is 25 degrees more that factory. This cause a "scooping" action to further help with cooling.

Contents:
1 Air Dam
Unit installs with 4 push clips (provided)

Install:
Takes around 30 Minutes to install. 4 factory rivets need to be drilled out.

Price:
$130
Anodizing is available in various colors as well

Units:
We need 5 People that would like this to start production

It is almost a good idea. Mine gets scraped at every entrance ramp (and it stays there because it is semi-flexible)... and I'm on H-Techs. lol
Personally, I never had problems cooling (w/GM's OEM bumper), but I can see this maybe working if you have a different aftermarket & lower bumper. Best of luck with sales.

I thought the same thing on lowered vehicles, Ive never hit mine on the Saturn ever. Unless your 2" from the ground, you will be fine. Unless you drive your car likes its a 4x4.

Interesting part. I do not see this helping a intercooler none. Most intercoolers will be before this and getting the air from the bumper opening.

Still a different part being made which is cool to see.

It would help cool the radiator with an IC blocking it though.

Nice piece. You should put your company logo on that thing, Mark.

This is a proto type unit. Production units will have OEM on them
