really think about this

What's your words on the venom intake? It looks like a better design since the intake is exactly the same as stock with the paired outter runners and the paired inner. I know the ho intake is a loss on a stockish ld9 motor. How is the ld2 lo intake? How is the Venom intake? Should you only use these if you port your head and use the ho cams or bigger? I'm stuck on velocity and how Quickley the air moves to fill the cylinders to big and you'll lose this. What if you used the stock trottle body and kept velocity higher? You just can't have one without sacrificing the other. I've been thinking of using something like a throttle body in the exhaust and it would be the same for intake how lower rps its slightly open and wot its open completely. I know the corvettes have these I've talked about it with mechanics at dealer when I worked their. We need something that changes port size air head velocity from low rpms to high rpms to accomplish a perfect torque/hp curved motor. It would take off quicker and yet still open up. VTEC I've looked into these motors wow I drove a 2003 hatchback civic si with 2.O and 6 speed that thing was sick little car. How does the head intake velocity work for these motors compared to a quad. You get what I'm trying to get out of this?

Ahhhhhh sentence structure and randomness.

No throttle body in the exhaust, corvettes use it to change exhaust tone (ala dynomaxx VT muffler), and big rigs use it to enhance engine braking.

Using the stock throttle body on the venom intake will not increase port velocity.

Only way I can think to change port size easily would be with a piezo electric film but I cant think of one that would take the heat for long.
