Alright, I'm from the Des Moines, IA area, and I'm just looking for some locals to maybe get together with and share knowledge and that sort of thing. Just wanted to see who's out there. I found the JBOI site, but there's never anybody there, so I'm asking here. I get a lot of crap from my friends because they all pretty much hate my car, sometimes I do too, but if anyone is interested, hit me up.

I was just in Des Moines over New Years, my best friend goes to Drake and has a house out there so I go out to visit quite often

Team Altered Car Club

Drake Campus is a fun area. A friend of mine has a house just north of Greek Row. During the relays we go to all the frat parties. My girlfriend lives in the Sherman Hill district, which isn't far from Drake. Maybe 8 or 10 minutes.

It's a she. She's right on the same street Greek Row is on. 35th I think it is. Greek Row is between Forest and University, but she's north of Forest like 2 blocks.

That would be funny. It'd be cool to get a bunch of us together. When my friends got the VR4 club together we had a bbq at the house and then we all rolled downtown to the strip, took a lap, then went to the Sonic on the south side and messed with all the ricers. I would have paid cash to see the looks on their faces when a dozen Mitsubishi Galant VR4s rolled in.
