There is a car in my town that has that on his SD plates...was wondering if anyone has seen the car before/or plates. It is a 95-99 cavalier with waht looked like a drift fron and type j sides and back. It was hard to tell becauseit was dark and the car is black. the car has duels on it but eah outlet has a tip that has 2 tips. anyone knoe who i am talking about...or do you need a better description.

south dakota plates? hmmm.... i havent seen it
looked at it again....it has:
wings west shark wing
VIS Battle Z rear bumper
I am pretty sure the drift front.
It aslo has waht lookes like 18" maybe 17" chrome wheels
