Soon we wont be able to text while driving now... I do it once in a great while, but I never do it when the roads are busy. I would like to see how cops try to prove that a person is texting while driving...

my dad was rear ended by a 16yr old who was texting on the first day of having her license.. he needed some of his collar bone shaved off.. got a decent settlement though so i guess that helps a little bit.

Ya.... my ex used to do that crap when we where driving in rural Minnesota at night..... it used to piss me off all the time..... you don't just need to watch the road down here.... you also have to watch the ditches for deer.....
You shouldn't do stuff like that..... I'm usually against laws in geberal.... but I happen to agree with this one..... btw.... it's already illeagle for anyone under the age of 18 to talk on a cell phone while driving in MN.
im guilty of worse. I used to talk on my phone, watch movies while driving, and yell at chicks out the window...all at the same time

yeah, pay attention to where you are driving, not what your phone says. Would you bitch if someone was reading a book and writing a papper while driving??? Same thing
I'm not necessarily complaining about the law. But I think its almost starting to get ridiculous on what we can and can't do now. For instance I don't think we should have seatbelt laws. If you are stupid enough not to wear them, then thats your problem.
i see your point on the seat belt laws but its trying to cut down on deaths... need to compensate for people's stupidity by making things "against the law"
lets face it, a lot of people are morons and need to be entertained all the time; even while driving.. i guess the radio isnt good enough anymore lol

No seat belt just Kills you and wont "cause" an accident....... smashing into someone because your playing with a cell phone kills other people...... just look what happened to Gary..... thank god he wasn't in the car.
