spark plug insulators for the 2.4 ,are these a dealer only part or would someone like uap /napa carry them , the plastic/carbon shields and rubber piece with the springs?

Haven't seen them in the aftermarket nor would I buy them if they were available. Anyways i've got a bunch in stock here, $8.50 + tax for each one
what is that? is it the long peices of rubber like tubes that go from the top cover down to spark plug? in other words what we have instead of spark plug cables? cause i'm looking to change those soon, just to do a little tune up
