i have a set of american racing casino 18" rims for sale. they were used for 3 months last year, and that was it. they are polished aluminum, and are in mint condition. one rim has a minor scuff on the lip when the juiceboxes at CT mounted the tires. nothing major, and completely unnoticeable unless you are right up to the wheel.
tires are already mounted. they are ultra HPRs that have 95% tread left on them. really nice tires for the price, and like the rims only used for three months last summer.
I really love these rims, and the only reason i'm selling is because i'd like to try a 18" front, 20" rear combo.
rims cost me close to a grand, the tires were around that price too. keeping that in mind i'll take any reasonable offer. located close to london

Dont want to wreck any potential here but I think your high with your price I just sold the same wheels with a new set of Hankook tires with about 90-95% tread for $800.... Lugs and all.
