So me and my buddy were in the junk yard today (Mikes Auto on Mud Street in Hamilton)
and we found a pretty heavily modified white z that was almost completely gutted.
We went around to the back and found a trunk lid with shaved spoiler and key hole.
I picked it up for 60 bucks plus tax!!!
Im pumped to get it painted and on in the spring!!!
So does anyone know whos cav it was or will the previous owner please stand up?
not even a cell phone pic?
what kit was on it?
Not really an amazing find ?
A trunklid?
I think it might be a guy by the name of Mike he is on these boards

a shaved trunklid...
maybe you have never been to a scrap yard before but things like that are hard to find in good shape...
And Brad it was a stock z24 kit on it, it was white, lowered, clear corners, tint, tan interior
Heres some pics as well
Theres a little chip in the bottom right side but thats the only damage to the hood
As you can see the previous owners car was green and he painted it white
Absolutely no rust whatsoever... Awesome shape!
It was a pretty decent find if i should say so and i cant wait to paint it black and get it on...
Were there any 03+ cavs there by any chance?
Yes there were 2 i believe...
Both base models, one with a full eco still in tact...
I wonder what scrap yard my car was taken too, It still had the B & M short shifter, front Eibach sway bar, pro-kit springs, upper and lower RSM engine mounts still on it.
It wasn't Mike's because his had shaved inners too.

That and I got the trunklid when I bought the black Z. I sold that trunklid to Jordan a couple months ago.

Why do I think that was Bodnar's? His car was green. His trunk lid was shaved.... he painted his car white....

Well I was too lazy to take everything off, ha ha. But the parts were well used. Now I jus have to get rid of the stuff I have sitting in my spare room
Be on the look out for a for sale post within the next week.
