My girlfriend and I are planning to take a trip to Tennessee, she has family that live in Chattanooga thy are providing us with a plce to stay. We are going to spend a Thursday driving there (roughly 10) hours then have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to do whatever we want and then drive back to Chicago Monday.

We are looking for the best hiking and single track biking the area has to offer. Are there any locals on here that can point us in the right direction?

I'm not sure about Chattanooga, but I live in Northern TN and there is a really nice MTN biking area where I live. Can't be for certain this is what you are looking for, but here is a link to the area http://www.thebikerschoice.com/Lock%204%20Map.htm.

Also, in Chattanooga there should be plenty of hiking since its surrounded by Mountains. Not sure on when you are planning on taking the trip, but you will be less that a 30 min trip to some really good White Water rafting. Don't forget that Chattanooga also has a pretty cool aquarium to visit.

hell yeah im up for for a mini meet lol i live near chatt like 10 min. away and as far as dirtbike ridin wellim sorry cant help you there most i know people do it on there land but im sure theres places around ill ask around for ya
