well, today i finally got the engine out of my parts car. the motor pulled out pretty easy, considering it was the first front wheel drive engine i have changed. the only trouble i had was getting the bolts out where the steering knuckle hooks to the strut cause the end of the bold had splines on it. but the axles were no problem to get out.im hoping to get it on the engine stand this week so i can find out what needs to be replaced i already know i need a crank kit. if you have any suggestions on performance parts tell me, im already getting accel coil packs, comp cams 260h camshaft,accel fuel injectors, and maybe a clutch. here are some picks of the motor and 5spd trans
