hey guys / girls
just a quick one.. theres a guy around here who is selling the bumpers, side skirts, and the door pieces from a '93 z24. They are not easy to come by where i am so when i seen them advertised i was interested. my car isnt a z24 but its a '94 Cav and eventually may have a 3.1 down the road. anyways here is my question.. i've seen all the pieces, look to be in not excellent but very good cond. however the guy doesnt have the steel brackets the side skirts clip onto the rocker panels with. no big deal im sure the local metal shop can make me a pair. but he says he also doesnt have the clips to clip the side skirts on with. so my concern is..
What kind of clips am i looking for? Just "GM body moulding clips" or are these special clips with an item number? would my local auto parts store or dealer stock these clips?

i guess they are pretty common then, and shouldnt be hard to find. I think i am going to buy the kit, the phase2 really is nice. this car is just a project i am going to be working on for a couple of months. gonna be great to learn a few things though

great, thank you so much! i bought the kit today, has to be cleaned up a bit before being sanded, primed and painted but overall they are in pretty good shape with a few minor scratches on the skirts.. i never put a kit on before, but im lookin around for someone in the area who can help me out.. at least i know if i do have a question i have somewhere to ask, thats awesome.

Nah, its my fenders that are the issue...mine go all the way down, because my bumper stops at the hood, as does the header panel...
oh yes, i see what you mean now. nice sunburd you have there though
