any curb rashes or dents? how do they feel on the highway/city? are the tires decent enough to be rotated?

some small dents/nicks on each... a little more polishing will have them out completely on the 2 that have already been done
curb rash on 1 rim doesnt look too bad(a short stint with the grinder and it will be gone)
im not sure how the tires are I never put them on my car after i got them
