I've done this quite a few times and I just finnished putting it back together today, lol
Seats are easy just the plastic covers on the bolts and then the 4 bolts, the plastic parts on the rockers are a pain to unscrew so if the scews are stripped (and they probobly are you can use a #4 robinson head screw driver, it works great for getting out stripped philips screws.
The windshiled pillar pieces are held on with two screws and then the come off, there a pretty snug fit so theyre kind of a pain sometimes, all the other trim is pretty much the same as that, the dome light comes out of you pull strait down pretty hard, I usually use a flat head screw driver to get it off. Rear seats have two bolts (one at each end) down by your feet were the seat meets the carpet, you have to dig for them. Then I think the bottom pulls off (I pulled these out a while ago and put in two buckets so I dont remember how these go together) then ther is two biolts at the bottom of the back part of the seat and the seat lifts out from the clips up top. It might be diffrent if you dont have fold down rear seats (mine did). then you can pull of the rear inside panels, there held on with a few screws and little plastic clips, just pull on it hard and they'll pop off.
Then the center console, pop of the sides of the part the tape player of what ever you've got in there is mounted and take out the screws and remove the hole box thing, then open the console and pull out at the sides and try to pop up the piece in the middle (the dished part that is covered by the lid) then undo the two screws at the front one in the middle and two at the rear, then the three bolts for the parking brake undo the cable from the handle, (it just slides out of the bracket sideways) pull the handle out, remove the shifter handle, if its an auto its just a staple looking thing at the front that pulls out towards the front of the car and the handle lifts off, I think 5 speed handles pull off (not sure on that yet, I havent got that far in my swap yet then lift the console out, I also forgot seat belts, undo those from the floor, and the carpet should be ready to come out, also at some point the head liner would have fallen out onto your head, once all the trim is gone its only held up by two velcro strips at teh front and one at the rear.
Dash, I've never had mine out but I know theres a bunch of bolts along the top at the base of teh windshield and some braces underneath holding the dash up, all the pieces on teh dash are held in with torx screws, I've stripped my dash down to nothing but the dash, but never actually removed teh hole thing, I cant see it being that hard though if you wanted to go that far. Also if you have a third brake light the cover just pulls back and up and the decking just sits there, the trim for the seat belts on the rear decking just snaps off. Door panelsare easy, just undo all the little screws around the edges of theplastic arm rests, and the bottom half of it will come off, then pull out on the bottom of the door panel to undo the plastic clips then lift the panel off the door, its hocked on teh top, if you have crank windows you have to reomve a little U clip underneath the handle to pull it off and its a real pain to get at unless you have the special tool for it..
I think thats everything.

For the dash, you got 2 bolts on the bottom (behind fusebox and glovebox) and 4 screws on the top in the defroster vents...

I painted mine when it was tsill in the car, I just stripped it and taped off all the inside glass and opened the doors and went at it, lol
I would never recomend painting your dash though, it just gets sticky and dosent dry, so I just kept adding clear coat to it, I put a coat on it everyday and it finally dried, its pretty nice now but it was to much work, and its kinda rough, it looks nice and smooth but when you touch it its weird.
Back in the days of moding when I had no idea what I was doing, lol
but what can you do, I'm happy with the way it looks, I'll have pics up soon cause my interior is almost done

You can paint your interior just not the squishy vinyl stuff cause it does what my dash did. I also painted the arm rests and I thrw them out cause of it, now I have phase 2 cavy door panels, they look a lot better than the carpet with an arm rest bolted onto it like I had before. It just looked weird, kindalike an afterthought and they just threw it on there.
