somebody should give me for like 25 bucks a 2.2 mpfi engine for my cav, i can t find any and i wont pay alot 4 one since i know theyre worthless since the 3400 is in every cav now
Uh, worthless? Not sure on that one.
Why not go to
www.car-part.com and search for one near you? Local pull-a-part sells engines for $69. Can't beat that for a good used engine with all the harnesses and accessories.
I doubt you'll find someone who will give you a motor for free on
this board!

Do you have any "pull-a-part" type salvage yards near you? That would be the cheapest place to find a 2.2. They're all over the yards here in Cavs, Cutlass Cieras, Berettas, Corsicas, etc.
What is wrong with the motor you have? Are you looking to build one from scratch?
I have three of them, none of them are good though.
man around here they want like 300 for one, i have a 2.2 just 4 a easy on gas car but all i really need is a new head, its tbi but i want a mpfi to just throw in but its not a big deal,a ll i really need is a 2.2 tbi head w/ valvetrain
