ok, iam gettin a red 94 bird, 2.2, brand new motor, auto with razzi side skirts!!! only cause i blew my old car up, but any ways, i need some opinions!
fist question-EXTERIOR- what do u think about leaving the razzi skirts on, phase 1 Z front bumper, and phase 2 rear. upswept exhaust, z hood, and 17 inch 5 spoke silver wheels.
second question-PERFORMANCE- 3Aracing exhaust with CatCo hi flow catolatic converter, CIA with K&N, motor mounts and intake from RSMRacing.com. (i would like to know of more mods that are direct bolt on's)
third-SUSPENSION- already purchased some polyeathane, rear sway bar, STB, Falken tires, and eibach pro kit springs.
if u guys have any ideas for me i would appriciate it! im gettin this bird for $1000....
please inform me on some performance mods!!! ill update pics once i get it...(8-10 days)

94CUSTOM:2.2? u mean 2.0, but u r forgiven lol.EXTERIOR:there are quite a few kits for the 2nd gen. i can't think of any since i just got up and my brain isn't charged yet but i'll get back to ya soon. PERFORMANCE: well there isn't TOO much out there, unless you have a blower

wtf are u talking about? there are not that many kits, probly 6 or 7 tops. and no, i mean the 2.2. NOT THE 2.0. u need to do a little more research dude. no hard feelings and im not trying to make u feel bad, just letting u know what im tryin to get at! lol.

AFAIK, the Bird never came with a 2.2. If you're 100% positive its a 2.2, it was probably swapped in.
Are they the Razzi Bird skirts or the Cav skirts? Bird- leave them on, Cav...maybe. IMO, the ph1 Z front doesn't flow with a ph2 rear, keep it all one phase. The Razzi skirts don't really go with the ph2 Z kit, so I would say ph1.
If you're going to put a CatCo cat in, I hope you at least plan on having a Z exhaust and not the puny 4 cyl exhaust. Don't even bother with a high flow if you're keeping the 4 cyl exhaust.
Now that I just looked at RSMs site, I think I know why you think its a 2.2. The catalog they have for the Bird is all 3rd gen Sunfire stuff, thats why its listed as a 2.2. The motor mounts you were looking at won't fit a 2nd gen, they are 3rd gen stuff. The only aftermarket motor mounts out there are from JBP, and they are way overpriced. There aren't really many bolt ons for the 2.0OHC (which is the stock Bird engine).
Upgrade your sway bars, and throw in some KYBs (since you need to put in new shocks/struts anyways).
u dont think that my kit idea would look good? its either the phase 2 rear bumper or the razzi rear bumper. i might end up just gettin the full razzi kit put on.. but i dont really like the front bumper from razzi. i dunno yet.
