a friend of mine has a 1991 sunbirs/sunfire, i say slash sunfire because it has the sunbird tag on the fender but has a factory installes vynal on the rear quarter that says sunfire, it also has a dash plaque on the passenger side that reads sunfire limited or something #42 of 50 is there something special about it? i cant find anything anywhere on the net.

prolly dealer rice
im almost 100% positive that there was no factory installed vinyl offered by gm to make the sunbird a sunfire
someone trying to make their pile of junk car seem like it's more than it actually is. it's those kind of people who make the rest of us look bad.

Not much more than the Chevy Cavalier New Yorker I once saw at a junkyard....

1st 1st gen on air.....
Pictures please. It may be dealer, or it may be part of a limited factory run, since there was alot of weird badging done at the time. If I show my dealer buddy some pics, he can tell me for sure.
It's obviously dealer @!#$... Man, use your head. It's not a Sunbird/Sunfire. These are low end cars on the GM line. GM would never do something like that for the bottom line car. It's a plain Sunbird with stickers.
Not to mention there were 3 years of the Sunbird AFTER the year of your buddys car...
id like to see some pics... ive never heard/seen of this, and i have a low end 1991...
