Quick question...will Small Block Chevy parts fit on 3.1's Case in point, I'm wondering if Small block chevy rockers will fit on my v6.

Nope. Engine internals are dependant upon engine specs (cyl size, amount, casting material, displacement, etc...)
in the case of rocker arms, yes, the narrow body rockers will fit. however, you need a conversion stud, thats with a metric thread on the bottom and standard thread on the top to make em work. if you are looking at some aftermarket roller tip rockers, comp cams makes a set specificaly for the 60 degree v6, iirc, the part number is 1414-12
