OEM stud # M12 x 1.5 x 40
Im told that the 40 is the length, cant be 40mm can it?
Im looking for something that is either 13mm or 1/2" longer than OEM studs.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanx
Why ? Your not planning to run those spacer things are you ?

Ya I kinda have to unless I grind down my Baer calipers. Pushing the wheels out becuz of the widebody anyways.
I believe you can pick them up at any autoparts store. You may have problems using spacers, because the hub-rinks most likely will no longer sit on the hub. I know my 1/4 spacers that I use for autox, do that.

I know you're making the spacers yourself. Make them with an inner ring so it mimics the actualy hub. Lug studs are not meant to hold the wheel up, just on.
You can get the studs all over the internet.
Here's a start
If your gonna use the spacer things then I would STRONGLY suggest you get case hardened studs NOT regular old ones you can get at Advance Auto. CAll Summit or Jegs, tell them what you need and its on its way.
The reason I say case hardened studs is cause when you put those spacers in the stress on the studs increases and I always prefer the better safe then sorry route of doing things. I had an experience with the sorry half of it years ago when a kid with a Civic wanted to space out his wheels. I worked at Pep Boys at the time and a guy sold them to him BUT advised against it. Fast forward 2 weeks and in marches the kid and his dad carrying the one wheel and screaming how his sons car lost a tire on the highway cause the studs all snapped off. Well the manager told the dad the kid was warned and the kid admitted he had been so we were off the hook. But case hardened studs wouldn't have broken as easily cause the steel is much better and hardened.
True they cost more but its what they use on race cars so they should handle your Cavi fairly easy.
Good Luck, and remember CASE HARDENED ! Or don't use anything at all.

Well heres what I drew up and Im having them CNC milled this week.
The hubcentric ring fits onto the rotor, the spacers accepts the ring. The front of the spacer has a ring shape so it fits into the back of the rim. Same concept as if the spacer were never there. The hubcentric rings I have will fit perfectly into the spacers.
eibach sells 1's similar to your drawing
just a thought
That's the way a spacer ring should be.
Yup 40mm is the length of the stock wheel studs. ARP makes longer wheel studs for the 12mm x 1.5. The ones I have don't say what length they are, but they are longer than stock. I was told to use them, if I'm using 1/4-1/2 spacers. They are ARP part number 100-7708.
