besides Gravana and CarCustoms?

I've checked TTR, A+, TVR, eBay (just in case), and a couple other sites that I can't recall offhand...

Just trying to find the better deal (Gravana is 956 shipped, CarCustoms is 931 shipped...)

Umm id say you've pretty much mentioned them all.. Well all the ones I'd trust anyway.

I doubt we're gonna get much cheap than Karo's deal.

Just give one of those 2 companies the business on those and both parties will be happy

Hint: Gravana will price match plus some with proof of the price from the internet. Been there done that. Great people there!

with the wilwood kits , they have a price level they have to maintain , so you wont find them cheaper

also make sure you get the braided lines to go with them

and double check all measurements when installing them , or you end up with funny noises

i miss having mine on my daily driver cav , stock brakes SERIOUSLY SUCK !!!!!!!!!

Didn't expect to be lower than $900, but was trying to get as close to that as possible.

I have braided lines coming w/ the Neon kit

the wilwoods dont use the stock banjo fittings for brake lines , so you have to use the wilwood lines for their brakes

Ahh... gotcha. Well, payday I'll order the lines. I have to fix the 220v power in my carport anyhow so I can use my air grinder so I have time

edit: actually, I figure I can order the fittings and call it a day. I'll know more once all the parts get here.

not true.....i am currently using Earl's SS lines for my wilwoods....you just need to find the correct fitting/adapter which i do not remember

i used to have wilwood ss lines until they busted.....the lines wilwood offers are way too long (not sure if they have corrected it though) and one side was always rubbing on the cv boot until a hole formed

none of the lines ive installed rub any where , you just have to pay attention to them when you do the lines

Front lines in the Neon kit are -3 fem on the caliper side, so if I am reading the install instructions from Wilwood correctly, I just need a 1/8-27 NPT to -3 fitting, each side. Something that Wilwood provides. Just don't know if they are 45* or 90* fittings... as I said, I have time. I'll shoot them an e-mail and find out what fittings come in the Wilwood line kit.

i forgot to mention that it only rub on the cv boot during turning and my kit was actually installed by a very reputable shop in Toronto

the lines i received back in early 2005 was (if i remember correctly) was 4 or 5 inches too long.......i verified with the Wilwood if I received the correct lines with the corresponding part number and they said yes.......i had two places look at it and both said that the lines were too long and was going to rub for sure.....the shop (which installed the kit) and i just didnt realize it until it happened

anyways.........as i said before, you dont need wilwood lines......you can use ss lines from earls, russell etc.

reputible shop doesnt mean much , cause they prob just went from the pics , which lead you the wrong way , i do agree their lines could be shorter , ive had the brakes as well as a few friends local , and not 1 line issue

the wilwood lines do not have any different fittings or adaptors in their kit , the line screws right into the caliper , the fitting on the line has about a 45 degree end on it
