I need to change out the rear drums on my wifes '99 Cav. 4dr.
Advance Auto is listing two different part sizes: 8.86" & 7.78"
Which is the correct application?

You need to look at one of your wife's drums. The drum will either say 200mm or 225mm. The 200mm drums are the most common.

7.78 = 200mm drums are the ones u will need Jason, I just did my 01 cavalier complete rear brake job,
