hello guys, im having a problem with my 99 z24 (my dd). I have Easystreet Airride installed. Everytime i hit a bump or when its just park, the bag or the ride hide decreases and im not even hitting the swtich. its like loosing air very slowly. i check all the line and connections and there's no leak. Could it be the strut assembly itselt of it could also be the valves? thanks.
theres gotta be a leak somewhere. how do you know nothing is leaking? have you tested it?
take soap water and spray it on everything that has to do with that port. all the fittings and valves. from there spray the lines all the way to the bad and make sure there are no rub marks that could of caused a hole. if you find no leaks then what you need to do is take apart the fill valve and clean the rubber seal. just take a q-tip with warm water and clean it off. more than likely there is some debris on it which is causing this. it happened to me a few times. after cleaning the seal off, the valve worked fine.
agreed. i had the same problem with my rear driver side and i had a big leak. i sprayed with windex (worked a little better for me)and i found the leak. took it apart and re did it. now its fine.
I NEED a 97-99 LD9 engine harness for an auto.PM if u hav info.!!
i have a bad leak on my driver side rear, you can hear it leaking inside, the dump valve on for that cylinder is sucking in air, and on the actual cylinder itself you can hear and feel air coming out of the lower port where you would hood another valve for suction, any ideas, you think its just the dump valve or is my cylinder bad too??
It could be something to do with a bad valve if you can't find an actual leak. It may be slightly opening up and letting air out if there's extra pressure from a bump or something.
Thanks!

check if the solenoids are backwards. look at the solenoid , it should have arrows pointing and it should say IN on one end and OUT on the other. i had mine backwards when i put it together the first time and turns out i had my solenoids backwards. took it apart and flipped them and solved the problem.

right which is what i was getting at by cleaning the debris.
its not uncommon for a valve to be taken apart and cleaned. sometimes the coating inside the easystreet tank flakes off and parts of it will get caught in the valve.
