So im looking for a better ride for my car than stock. Im looking for a stiffer ride and lowered a bit but not too much. I would like to still be able to drive it in the winter. I was thinking of a prokit but i thought i might ask for some input on what the best option would be. I would like a 2 inch drop max for the rear. Shoot me some thoughts!
Sounds like you want the prokit or teins small drop version which I believe is the h-tech springs

That
or I've got Goldline springs which are a 1.75" drop but you'll need Koni's or D-Specs instead of AGX's
I highly suggest Eibach Pro Kit springs and KYB AGX struts. I had this setup on both my Sunfires and it basically rides like stock but a tad stiffer. It's a great setup in that it's pretty cheap price-wise and is a good combination of handling, looks and comfort.
I'm running agx's and prokit as well...I like it, not too low but makes the car sit a little nicer. Still rides pretty good too.

Is that what the car looks like in your Sig??? If so im gonna have to buy a pro kit.

Yeah, thats the way my car looks minus the bug deflector.

I really like the ride height. It looks really good.
I like it too...The roads around here are not great so I didn't want to make it too low.

I thought I would post a couple pictures of my former Sunfires to give you another idea of what the Pro Kit/AGX setup looks like.

I couldn't agree more!
Thats exactly what im looking for. On summitracing i found a prokit that says you dont need to upgrade your shocks??? I would assume that this would just make my shocks go out really fast.
Yeah thats the look im wanting. I live in Michigan and the roads kinda suck here so I dont want too low of a drop. Im a big fan of your front bumper too!
im in michigan and ride sportlines year round with a body kit.
no serious trouble really. just gotta be careful like any other dropped car.
Yeah i'm with Mike, up in Canada here and have driven 2 winters lowered on Sportlines/D-Specs and all of our crap roads around here just fine. My only problems were the same ones as in the summer, speedbumps.

Matthew Jollymore wrote:Yeah...it would probably save u money to do everything at once (saves you from tearing it apart when your shocks blow).
Yes, it is definitely better to do it once and do it right. It will save you time and money for sure. If you get the KYB AGXs they're not too badly priced at all. Have you checked eBay? You can find some good deals on the springs and struts on there.
