Whenever the brake pedal is depressed there is a hissing. However a leak cannot be found. There is little to no pressure and the vehicle eats fluid. Any ideas?

CHeck to see if it is leaking through the rear of the master cylinder. I have seen it before where the fluid leaked into the booster.
Also try parking on top of some card board. This way when you pump the brakes any leaks will fall on the cardboard and you'll know where to start looking
