reds great dampers, firmer than stock, internally adjustable, this means you will have to remove them from the car to change the firmness setting. this also means you will need to get an the car realigned
yellows excellent dampers, even firmer than reds, externally adjustable, you can literally adjust all four corners within minutes., no realignment
little more work to put in but most will agree it is worth it.
