Hello everybody,
I just sold my suspension set-up to a friend. I am looking to buy an air ride next year.
Now I want to give a mild drop to my car. I was looking at Suspension Techniques springs. They claim to give 1.2`` drop to j-bodies. How safe would this be for my stock struts???
Anybody has experience with these springs? Any comments or info would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!

I personly think you will be ok.
I am all that is man
any lowering on stock struts and shocks are bad
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
well if your only going to be on them for a short time "you" should be ok...your struts however will be begging to have the stock springs put back on. i wouldn't spend the money if it were me, and i was going to be getting an air ride i would save the dough.
Bearsfan has had those springs with Gabriel VST's for a decent amount of time w/o any problems. VST's are better than stock though.
You can ride with the stock shocks on if you are way under 50K, but temporarly, as the stock shocks are not ment for a drop.
Besides, the ride will willow wallow all over since the stockers were engineered for stock springs.
But the smart way is just to save up and do it all at once and best of all do it right, get after market shocks.
BTW, I too am looking at those springs in the near future.
