Well i would like to say i am the first but probably not. me and my buddy did my car and his this morning. we put my rksport sleeved coilovers on his. well the ride is a little firmer than stock but i am only at setting 5 i can go to 7.5 for an even softer ride. the car is as low as it was with the rksports but the ride is awsome. hit a big hump and the d specs hold the road and don't give out at the end when stock suspension or coilovers flop around for a second. sharp little bumps or potholes are noticible but not to harsh. they don't bottom out at all either. i would highly recommend this setup in a few months when we will see if the struts hold out. if they do i would say this is one of the best setup out there. up there with konis or any coilover system.

i just installed d-specs and i love them. they seem to becoming more and more popular.
i set mine to 7 all around and it rides like a my buddies BMW 318is with bilsteins and sportlines. rides smooth till you push it into a corner and then there is hardly any body roll and the bit that is there is very under control. i feel way more confident now than with my old setup.

I love mine too! I have them on Sportlines as well. Get the Eibach Anti-Roll kit and let the real fun begin.
i wanna get some lower springs than the goldlines though. you think the D-Specs can handle lower springs?
and does anyone know the warrantied drop they can handle?

i believe i've read that they're warrantied untill 2.5 inches, but im not sure, can someone correct me?
thanks
I would like to know the same. I thought they could only take the pro kit, and the sportlines is too much for them. I would be interested in picking some up if they wont blow on my sportlines.

I called Tokico to ask what the D-Specs are able to drop to under warrenty he said 1.7" front/2.5" rear. So the Sportline kit is covered.

they are not warrantied to 2.5
the guy i spoke with when i called tokico said..he wouldn't recommend anything over 1.75 inches
why dont people call the place? its toll free
well when i called them they said 2" but if the roads are decent then they should be alright but not warrentied on sportlines for the rear the fronts are covered.

So the goldlines are covered?
they told me the d-specs were good too 1.5 inches...so i'm going with the koni yellows!!

How are they ever going to know what springs you are running on your car?
Any installed pictures of the sport lines and d specs?
^^^^^ exactly..... if they blow out....then why tell them you had a 2 inch drop? why not tell em it was a 1.5" drop. how are they gonna know
you can tell by wear marks
