so say im going with tokico d specs....what spring would be best for those...and im under the beleif the d specs are straight bolt on ? unlike the koni yellow?
Correct, you still need a spring compressor though. Spring is your choice, like I said earlier, sportline or goldine would give you the lowest drop possible. Apex and sprint are low as well, but not as common as the sportlines/goldlines.
Look through the members registries to see what you like the best. Just remember though, Eibach has a no-sag guarantee, most other springs will not.
Yeah i have Vogtland 1.7 drop springs i picked up off Ebay for 150 bucks, you may still be able to get a set. They have a 10 year warranty agaisnt defects or sagging. No compressor needed for the install of these springs just used to take apart the stock springs to reuse the insulators and mounts.
And yes the D-specs are a direct bolt on in place of the stock struts, the only thing that is different is the torque value for the top nut, since the shaft is hollow, it is lower than stock, read the instructions and all the info is there.

Sprint dropped mine 2.25" and it rode stiff as hell. I really did not like the ride...although it looked great.

I also have sprints and the d-specs. i love the ride depending on how hard i set the struts. And the drop was about 2" i didn't measure though but no wheel rub with out rolling the fenders.
i think im gonna go d specs and sportlines and hopefully ill be happy with that... i also have to replace my strut mounts
its between the sportlines and the tien s techs
I've had sprints on my car for over 3 years now . You saw how my car sits matt. I had the stock struts to from 5,000 miles upto about 65,000, car still rode pretty good. I have koni yellows now and my car rides awesome. From what i've seen sprints go the lowest.
yeah i like how low your car sits... maybe ill do sprints lol...this is a tough decision...too much to choose from
probably wont be till for another 2 weeks anyways cause i need to save up some more money...
i need new struts
strut mounts
and springs
cause my stock struts and strut mounts are blown
