Opinions on KYB GR2's for stock suspension

The GF's 00 cav 4 door needs new struts. So they will be going on stock springs/suspension. Opinions please. Stiff ride? Better then stock?

Funky Bottoms (Event)
pretty much same as stock...they are oem replacement
