Im looking to get the best ride I can get in my 2002 cav. What are the best factory replacement struts I can buy. Ive heard about KYB, would those be a good choice.

KYB GR2 would be a good choice if you're looking for a good solid stock-spec set of struts. If you don't abuse them, they'll be the last struts you ever buy (for that car), see their warranty for details.
Yeah. KYB GR2 are what you're looking for. You can get them all over the place, eBay, TurobTechRacing, Tire Rack (listing in ascending order of price, eBay is the cheapest at $236 shipped)
I don't recommend getting them used (the classified section), they were probably bought by someone who wanted to use them on lowering springs, might be damaged. Course that applies to anything you buy used.
