Alright im new at the lowering thing but i have some H&R springs and here are the specs of it..
Sport Spring
1.6 -Front
1.4 -Rear
I think those are the specs the only ones i coudl find for H&R Springs... just wondering if its to low for 19's or if i shuold go lower..
its up to you. if you have the correct tire size for the 19's (225/35/19) then its not going to matter about the drop since the overall size of your tires are the same as stock. to me that would be a nice drop and would eliminate the wheel gap. plus the rims are big so it will fill in the wheel well nicely.
^^ what he said
this is my sig
Rims size does not matter, ever. Tire size matters if you use the wrong size.
and offset matters...
this is all in the FAQ in the wheel and tire forum ironically.
Yeah.. This is really in the wrong forum, here's a link to the FAQ in the Tire forum:

OK, not to thread jack but how are the H&R springs? Does anyone know of someone that runs them? If so, do you have a link to their site or a pic? Thanks!
I'll have a sig someday....................

They're good quality. They have an odd drop though, 1.6F 1.4R.
yeah, I'm trying to find a pic of a cav with em right now. I thought the drop sounded interesting. If I don't go that route, I'm gonna do custom spring rates from swift and some konis.

Picture of who i got them off of, there were on his car...
I just put on my 19's and I'm currently lowered 2" with Intrax springs.
however...the car sits too high. I'm going to buy some coilovers very soon so i can go lower. The front has a 2 finger gap, but the rear is like 3.5 finger gap (just too much gap for my liking).
