i wanna sell my car

Im thinking of selling my cavy. I think ive already out grown it. I basically just wanted to make a cool looking car and finish it since my last car .... well lets say i had to many projects. I have 100,000 miles on it. Would I be asking to much if i put $4000 on it ? I wanna get like an 01 Pt Crusier. Below is a link to my car.

Probably high, especially since you didn't put good struts on with your springs.

My brother got an '02 for about $4500, so $4000 for a 98 might be a little too much. You might be able to swing it though. If not, lower yourself down to $3000.

Why spend that extra money when it wont bring the value of the car up by 1/10th of what you put in for the Konis?

You can always put it up for that, and if you don't have any takers, then don't sell it.

Honestly, with or without proper struts, I think $4K is high, but with lowering springs and stock struts, you're going to have to find someone who doesn't know anyting about lowering a car to spend any more than $1k for it. Anyone who has to put work into a car to make it acceptable is going to want it much cheaper. If you can sell someone a car that's ready to drive (and properly), it's worth a lot more.
