I want to replace my 2.3 with a 2.4

Heres the deal i have a good 2.4 from a 2000 grandam, and i have a 5/95 grandam with blown engine. I would like to know what is involved, and also the 95 is vin d but the coil cover says 2.4l twincam? I am mechanic! So basically just wanted to know how much of a pain will it be! Thanks
